Our Story
A KENILWORTH LANDMARK
Sinner’s Seafood & Steakhouse opened its second location at 572 Boulevard in Kenilworth in September 2026, in the building many locals know as the former Boulevard Five72. It serves the same menu as Point Pleasant Beach: prime steaks and chops, a raw bar with oysters and seafood towers, lobster dishes and craft cocktails.
The two-story entrance opens under a cascading crystal chandelier, with a glass staircase leading upstairs. There are two dining rooms with red leather booths and two bars, each seating 20, glowing in Sinner’s signature red. A glass-enclosed wine room hosts private dinners for up to 20 guests, and upstairs an event space with its own bar holds about 110.
We’re a few minutes from Cranford, Union, Roselle Park and Springfield, with our own parking lot on site. Reservations are recommended and can be made online through Tock.

What are your hours?
Tuesday to Friday, 3:00 to 10:00 PM. Saturday and Sunday, 12:00 to 10:00 PM. Closed Mondays.
Is the menu the same as Point Pleasant Beach?
Yes. Kenilworth serves the same menu: prime steaks and chops, a raw bar, seafood towers, lobster dishes, signature burgers and craft cocktails. See the full menu.
