Sinner's Seafood & Steakhouse

Privacy Policy

Effective October 21, 2026

Who we are

Sinner’s Seafood & Steakhouse operates two restaurants in New Jersey: 20 Inlet Dr, Point Pleasant Beach, NJ 08742 and 572 Boulevard, Kenilworth, NJ 07033. This policy explains what information we collect through sinnerssteakhouse.com (the “site”), how we use it and the choices you have. Questions can go to officeinfo@sinnerssteakhouse.com.

Information you give us

We collect the information you choose to send us through the site:

  • Event inquiries: your name, email, phone number, preferred location, date, time, guest count and any details you include about your event.
  • Mailing list: your email address (and name, if provided) when you sign up for promotions and event news.
  • Job applications: your contact details, work history, availability and anything else you include, such as a resume.
  • Emails and calls: whatever you share when you contact us directly.

Reservations, gift cards and other services

Reservations are made through Tock and gift cards are sold through Toast. When you use them, you give your information (including any payment details) to those companies, and their own privacy policies apply. We receive the reservation or order details we need to serve you, such as your name, party size, contact details and any notes you add. We never see or store your full card number.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, the site and the tools below collect some information automatically when you visit, such as your IP address, browser and device type, the pages you view, the site you came from and approximate location. Some of this is stored in cookies or similar technologies.

  • Google Analytics helps us understand how visitors use the site. How Google uses this data.
  • Google Ads conversion tracking tells us when someone who clicked one of our ads goes on to book a table or call us, and may be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site.
  • Meta Pixel (Facebook and Instagram) measures how our ads perform, including when a visitor clicks through to make a reservation, and may be used to show our ads to people who have visited the site or our reservation pages.
  • Google reCAPTCHA and CleanTalk protect our forms from spam and abuse.
  • UserWay provides the accessibility menu and remembers your accessibility settings.
  • Embedded content such as videos (Vimeo) and maps behaves as if you visited the provider’s own site, and the provider may collect data about you.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your inquiries and plan your event or reservation.
  • To send promotions and event news you signed up for. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
  • To review job applications.
  • To run, secure and improve the site, and to measure and improve our advertising.
  • To comply with the law and protect our guests, staff and business.

How we share it

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only with service providers that help us run the restaurants and the site (website hosting, email, form processing, reservations, gift cards, analytics and advertising platforms), who may use it only to provide their services to us, and when the law requires it. Because the Google and Meta tools above can be used to show our ads to past visitors, some state laws may treat that as “sharing” or “targeted advertising”; you can opt out as described below.

Your choices

  • Cookies: you can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, though some features may not.
  • Google: manage ad personalization at Google Ad Settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.
  • Meta: manage how Facebook and Instagram use activity from other sites in your Meta ad preferences.
  • Global Privacy Control: where required by law, we treat a browser GPC signal as a request to opt out of targeted advertising.
  • Email: use the unsubscribe link in any marketing email, or email us.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, including under New Jersey law, you may have the right to ask what personal information we have about you, to correct it, to delete it, to get a copy of it, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To make a request, email officeinfo@sinnerssteakhouse.com. We will verify your request before acting on it and respond within the time the law requires. If we deny your request, you can appeal by replying to our response. We will not treat you differently for using these rights.

How long we keep it

We keep information only as long as we need it for the purposes above: for example, event inquiries for as long as needed to plan and follow up on the event, job applications for a reasonable period after the position is filled, and mailing list details until you unsubscribe. Analytics and advertising data is kept according to the retention settings of those platforms.

Children

The site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information. If you believe a child has sent us information, email us and we will delete it.

Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect your information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and limited access. No website or email is completely secure, so please do not send sensitive information such as card numbers through our forms or by email.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The date below shows when it last changed, and the updated policy applies from that date.
